Q: I am in trouble and cannot continue making my home payments, it is worth trying to do a short sale or should I just ignore it and go into foreclosure?
A: You definitely shouldn't ignore it and there are several options. You might be able to negotiate on your loan with the lender to modify the terms, and reduce the interest rate and possibly loan balance so you can stay in the home. See more by clicking on link below
